Please, somebody make a Flatbill style rear bumper

I've been looking at this for almost 2 years now and still think it's my favorite concept for a rear bumper. Has anybody come across something similar or interested in helping me make one?
For me the highlights are:

1. Chopped, lower profile bed sides; Basically the best departure angle you can get without sacrificing bed space
2. Bed side protection
3. Retains a 2" hitch receiver
4. Light-weight minimalist pre-runner styling
5. Factory tow hooks

*Edit: I remember seeing something similar from Exodus 4x4 on youtube, but that never made it to production and sacrificed the hitch.*

And while they’re at it why not the front bumper and fenders too!!! I have a credit card with a very high limit and a zero balance.?

The front fenders are slick.. but I can't imagine how much mud and slime gets blown right out of it when you wheel somewhere that isnt a desert..

Yeah, I think I remember somebody from Jeep saying they're vents for increased brake cooling...
Still if somebody wants to make some XL super high-line fenders, I'll buy a set.

They look incredible, and a bolt in block off plate or screen would fix the mess.
