I was able to get the torque wrench in there handle facing and just below front bumper. They were fine on the passenger side. I will check the driver side today.

I was referring to the lock nuts on adjustable arms. Most want you to torque them to 200+ but it’s impossible without a crows foot adapter on a torque wrench.
Ohhh okay , yeah on those I went and got the air gun and held a 24mm on one side and ran the gun till it wouldn't go no more 🤣

Update on mine.. all suspension components tight and at spec.
It was the large outboard passenger side skid plate bolt that goes to the frame.
I had the wife hop in and idle forward and backwards towards a driveway drain in our drive as I knelt down on each side to isolate what side and what proximity of the chassis it was coming from. She heard it right away and said take it to the dealer…lol
So noise was coming right around passenger front door underneath. Her the daughter and granddaughter left for an out of town concert I grabbed the tools and removed that outboard bolt first and jumped in and moved the jeep and no noise…
So I made a rubber spacer and drilled a hole in it mounted between skid plate outrigger and frame. Tighten it all down and went for a ride over every pot hold parking lot, train tracks etc. quiet as can be now . I want to say thank you to all the forum members. This isn’t the first time that a post or somebody mentioning something has helped me out .

Had same noise. When pulling out of uneven gravel driveway. When pulling onto paved street, and steering straightened after ninety degree turn it would pop twice. Checked control arms, track bars, sway bar links, and ball joints . It was driving me crazy. Checked forum and saw skid plate mentioned. Went to remove it to add rubber and washers. Sure enough spun a nutcert. Fortunately I have a brother who has automotive engineering experience. He welded what looked like a nut plate where the nut carts were. His welds were the best welds I’ve ever seen. I was happy he fixed the loose nuts. Took it for a test drive. So far the popping noise is gone. So if you may have that same noise be careful removing skid plate bolts. They were covered in loctite. Maybe heat up with one of those induction heater coils to loosen loctite

Well....I had several noise...front and centerr. The pop one, apparently related to 4 bolt not really tight on the frame/skid plate. One is the same of that in the picture. Some noise was still there, the one in the front, mostly when braking and nose was going down. I check everything, I also disconnected the sway bar, but this crack noise was still there. Then I check the spacer where is seating the spring to see if it was in the right position. And I noticed that even if the spring is seating right in the footprint, the center spacer for the Bumpstop is attached to the coil. I did the last test. I spray some liquid grease right there...and noise disappeared...see the picture...not sure how to solve this problem
