Doesn't matter how hard you hit, it isn't supposed to do that. No wonder you had death wobble afterward. Seeing what happened to you, I'd be concerned if I had that same lift.

If it has an adjustable rear trackbar from the same company, you might want to consider replacing it too, or at least inspecting it.

Found the problem. The internal threads were rusted and stripped so badly that it just came apart when I hit the pothole. Don't know how I didn't see this the first time I inspected. This problem was as plain as day.

Yep. I tired for way too long. So sick of it happening. Now it stays put. I should have done it ages earlier.

Here is the one I purchased from Extreme Terrain. It had good reviews, but only four of them. There were some $300 ones that had both good and bad reviews. This one is forged. Hopefully it holds up. The vehicle is mostly used for street driving.

Synergy makes nice stuff, but I’m a fan of forged, as @Stan H said. I have a hodgepodge now. I love my forged teraflex drag link, and it’s an indexed clamp instead of a jam nut.

I have been leaning on Teraflex, but lots to look at I guess I havent looked at everything yet, again my plan is a lift and up to 35s on this truck and for it to last my life.

What else should I get from them?

That’s pretty comprehensive from a lift standpoint. I personally would also upgrade drag link and tie rod. More force on Oem parts kills steering stuff.

I also hate jam nuts. Maybe I need anger management.
I honestly dont know a guy that would claim they like jammed nuts either . If they do maybe they need therapy 😂😂
