Power steering fluid

Low on steering fluid today. No Mopar electric steering fluid available at my local jeep dealers.
The service tech said this is what they have been using as a replacement. It meets the Chrysler ms11655 specs. 1/2 the price for twice as much than the Mopar. Guess we’ll give it a go.

II just got some Mopar stuff from Amazon. It had the wrong spec number listed but said was for the Jt's. When it arrived, it was the correct spec number. Listing was wrong.

Found out reading the feedback that the correct fluid would be delivered.

I would have no issue running it. Pentosin makes quality spec fluids.

How low are you? I had maybe at most a ounce to add but bought the MOPAR branded stuff. At 16oz, it is expensive. Will have to keep this stuff in mind if I am looking to do a fluid change service.

It was definitely below the low mark, and it didn’t take much to top it off.
