If I get one of these after I pick up my Jeep, I'll scream.
For real. I just called that incentive line and tried to con myself into some more free cash ? It didn’t work.

Based on the flyer would everyone interpret the offer on a Rubicon to be $3,000 ( the fine print notwithstanding)??
Yes, I think thats crazy. Its obviously what is advertised. Seems like you would have a case with it being plastered all over the front like that.

I would interpret it as 2 separate offers of $1,500 each. Again, a critical distinction considering they have different eligibility and delivery requirements. You may qualify for all $3,000, you may only qualify for $1,500. It all depends on the situation you're trying to apply it to.
I agree it is 2 separate offers, but I don't see how you can exempt something in fine print that is specifically listed in bigger, all caps print as something you can put the money towards.

Wonder if anyone else received one of these. My neighbor got the one for $1,750 that others seem to have received but was quite surprised to see a $3,000 offer for a Rubicon.

Check your inbox.
Whomever signed off on this "offer" should find another line of work.

This is bait-and-switch/deceptive advertising. Clearly it is outlined as an offer for a JTR, yet the fine print says no on the R or M models. Conflicting data points to idiots in the marketing department.

The best you could do is complain to the BBB/FTC.

Can you tell if the ad is from Jeep or from a group of dealers (Midwestern Jeep Dealers/Southern California Jeep Dealers/etc.)?

Either way, it's a horrible ad. It's something my boss would come up with.

I bought my Mojave with one of these $3000 offers in November of last year, the dealership told me it excluded Rubicon and Mojave, but when they ran the code it was valid. They couldn't believe it. It also stacked with my Affliated control number for guaranteed 1% below invoice, plus the dealer discount. My truck sticker for right around $50k and I paid just under $42k.

To me, I clearly see there being 3 different "offers" on this flyer. The first offer (A), $3000 off a Gladiator Rubicon.
Then there are 2 "other offers", (B) $500 of a Compass, Renegade, or Cherokee (with excluded models), or (C) $1500 off a Wrangler or Gladiator (with excluded models). Those exclusions are tagged with a superscript number that corresponds to a number in the fine print. You'll notice that other items on the flyer also have superscript numbers that correspond to the fine print; each of the claims (best in class towing, most awarded) match up to a number in the fine print that explains that claim in more detail.

The fine print number 1 is detailing the exclusions mentioned in the 2 "other offers", and it is numbered to match the superscript that is on those exclusions.

Since the "private bonus cash" portion of Offer A has a superscript 1, it could be that it is excluding the Rubicon based on the fine print, but there is no fine print excluding the Rubicon from the "public bonus cash" of Offer A; so that should be down to the residency requirements and delivery date.

I recieved one of these back in march or april. It was definately a with so the two were combined.
The fine print is a mistake I believe. I would definately contact the number for marketing as that seems to be a mosprint.

I did contact the 1-800 number for Incentives and they advised me that for a Rubicon it was $0 contrary to the offers in bold for $3000 off on a Rubicon. So after looking at a new Rubicon yesterday and discovery that the offer from Jeep was worthless I have given up on a new Gladiator. We own a 2016 45th Unlimited Wrangler and a 2015 Tundra Crew Max so I decided I'll just trade my current Tundra and get the new 2022 Tundra 4x4 in a few months.
