I got your PM but it said ‘warning scam alert’ so I deleted it. Anyways here’s what I got……

https://www.pscmotorsports.com/all-...2021-jt/xd-power-steering-gearbox/sg691r.html

https://www.pscmotorsports.com/catalog/product/view/id/23788/s/esp5202/category/3220/

https://www.pscmotorsports.com/all-...ing-kits/jeep/2020-2021-jt/jt-misc/ck221.html

Call them to order to see if you can get a ‘package deal’ price because they don’t have this listed as package on their site.

Just for some food for thought on a sloppy box. I started to think mine was in need of adjustment. For the hell of it I backed off on some caster and the sloppy feeling went away. I am about 6 degrees and seems fine. I think I was above 7 when it felt like I had play because of the excessive amount of steering input when driving.

Yes, there are many causes of shitty steering. When you turn your steering wheel (input shaft) from 10-2 with ZERO movement of the pitman arm (output shaft) then the steering box is junk.

No problem. Just an fyi…. You dont have to run the high pressure pump & cooler. This box works great with the stock pump. Unless you got 40’s. Lol
I’m on 38s so it’s probably a good idea if I did the pump and cooler too I think

Do you happen to have the synergy track bar/box brace? If so, I can tell you the exact bolts you need for the new box.

I have the steer smarts sector shaft brace on now, I was hoping to eliminate it if I get the new steering box. Did you leave yours on?

Yea. I never installed the part that goes over the pitman arm nut tho. I just like the trackbar/frame brace aspect of it.

Gotcha so you just used the stock steering box nut then? What new bolts would I need? Maybe they are the same for the synergy and the steer smarts.

I appreciate all your help with this

You’ll be fine with using your current box bolts. I got these because they are stronger than factory bolts that are threaded almost the whole length of the bolts.

What size tire are you running and how are the components you ordered holding up to them? I'm on 38s and wheel pretty hard, but also DD. Looking for a very similar set up (PSC box, pump, cooler) without the ram so I can maintain good steering feedback but still be able to turn aired down on the rocks.
