she said, “You don’t need this thing do ya?” And quickly flashed the front of the catalogue. Luckily, I caught a glimpse of the green oval in the bottom right corner. Lmao.

Got my bumper through them. That’s my only encounter, but it went well.
I believe he hates it because he spends too much of his money there lol. I'm trying not to have that kind of abusive relationship with them too. I'm not that kind of Jeep person. I'm new to them for heaven's sake! Damn you Quadratec, you temptress!

Also my catalog came in today too, have it next to me here at work.

They're only a few hours away from me so they get a lot of my money. Anything I want will show up in two days and that's pretty dangerous.

No their customer service there is terrible. They also don’t tell you when they have backorders as you order.

I was mistaken then, only had 1 order with them, seemed just fine so far.

I honestly haven't had the backorder issue... they are pretty good about the "Expected to ship on..." messages where you add to cart which implies that it's not in stock. Anything without it and they've been very quick to notify me about it.

Exactly man when ordered my front and rear bumper on my jeep jk as seen in my profile page only the rear bumper came and a nice little sheet that ruined my day said front bumper "BACKORDERED"and then my headlights as well it said backordered and i just got mad cause Quadratec never sends and email and same thing when i ordered some stuff for my JT and i got my package and im confused why im missing some items and then i check and some things are backordered and thats why i really kinda just hate quadratec in that aspect

I have purchased a few items and have only had one problem getting the correct item (their web page described the item incorrectly) but their customer service was great about getting me the item I wanted and made sure I was satisfied

Their backorder system system sucks. I ordered all 4 jounce bumpers only to get an email later that day saying they were backordered with NO ETA... whuuuuu?!

The good news is they don't charge you until the item(s) ship.

I always call them to confirm stock. I had the backorder problem once but after that I always call or chat online with them and they have always done right by me. Priced match or better and Wrangler Forum discounts, plus 2 day delivery most of the time. I haven't got anything for the JT yet but I see happening.

Hey guys! Just wanted to apologize for anyone that's had any issues. The website should be pretty accurate as far as what's In-Stock, Out-of-Stock, Pre-Order and what Drop Ships from the Manufacture. Unfortunately we're at the mercy of a lot of our suppliers, and many are currently experiencing delays of their own or are currently closed.

As far as order confirmation emails, you should definitely receive an e-mail after placing your order, and it should inform you of any items that are back-ordered or out of stock. If you're not getting that e-mail, check your spam filters and your junk mail.

Myself and the other Quadratec user are on the forums, and you can always reach out with any questions, to check stock on something, and to get your forum discount when placing orders!
