Seriously? Wheels and tires don't ship freight. I've received wheels and tires through UPS several times and never paid shipping. Adding that $71 shipping charge made my decision for me.
If you buy a package of them mounted, they will ship freight.

Our apologies for the delay in response on this one! We do offer a discount to forum members. Once it is placed on your account, you are all set to go for future purchases as well! However, the discount does not apply at your checkout screen, only upon final invoicing once the order makes it into our system and is prepared for shipment! The discount will be reflected on that final invoice.

I’ve been chasing the discount reimbursement for weeks now with no results. Not impressed. When I had my JK the response from these folks on that forum was super fast. They’re not the company they once were.

I ordered their JL-LMB light brackets from them last year, and I never could get them to respond to my requests about a discount. Fortunately, the item I was only $130. It was actually one of the first mods I did to my Gladiator, and it isn't even installed any more. I've spent thousands of dollars with other vendors, and I have avoided them based on what I perceived as bad customer service. I've added them to my list of vendors to avoid.

The refund posted oddly enough not long after my post. It was for the engine skid they sell which is like $430 so $20-something seemed worth chasing. I missed in the details that they don't recommend re-installing the t-case skid when you install their engine skid so I guess I'm committed to buying the t-case one too. Hoping to finally toss the skid on this weekend and I'll see how the OE transfer case skid fits, if at all. The construction of their skid plate seems decent. Made in Kazakhstan of all places.

I called another customer service number and was told it was after hours. This was at 1600 CT. The Quadratec sites shows hours until 1900 ET M-TH. How do I get either a military discount or forum member discount? I went ahead and placed my order since the item I want is typically out of stock. Is there a way to get the discount applied retroactively to my invoice? Thanks.

I called another customer service number and was told it was after hours. This was at 1600 CT. The Quadratec sites shows hours until 1900 ET M-TH. How do I get either a military discount or forum member discount? I went ahead and placed my order since the item I want is typically out of stock.
