1st when I am in 4 wheel drive I can not turn my jeep hard left or right it just stops like the gearing gets put in a bind. I have to put it back is 2w to complete my turn then back in 4W.

2nd, does everyone else Bluetooth make your phone calls so load. I can put my phone on speaker and people can hear me much better then using the bluethooth and speaker from the jeep.

What surfaces are you trying to make sharp turns on while in 4wd? The transfer case will bind if you're on high traction surfaces. It's the entire reason you don't use 4wd on the street. The Bluetooth volume is adjustable, unless you are only referring to the mic? Ours work great in both the JL and the JT.

yeah as stated above don't turn sharp in 4wd if you aren't on loose slippery terrain

I've used bluetooth to talk on a call when i had my doors and top off, my buddy said he could hear me just fine even while driving down the road.

in the truck its fine. Its the other end of the call that is the issue. They can not hear me from the load noise like when you ride with windows down. But they are up and not even going 15-20 mph. I use my speaker on my phone to take no bluetooth and I am crystal clear to them. So makes me think its the mic in the truck. so just asking what others been though.

as for the 4W I had to make a tough turn on a dirt road to pull someone out of the ditch and was unable to turn enough for me to clear the tree. I got it working by going to 2w and back to 4w. but my chevy I had before this never had an issue doing turns in 4w so was not sure if something was wrong or it just how jeep is.

If they are on speaker, it won't work well. Having a headliner and padded flooring will also insulate outside noises.

you can control the volume of the MIC when on a call. It's different than radio or music volume. Just turn teh volume knob while on a call. This will also work with playback volume when carplay reads a text message for you. If i am not mistaken there are 3 separate volume control, Music, calls and texts.

Your Chevy was probably a IFS setup on the front. They are less susceptible to low speed trurn binding in 4WD than solid front axles like the Gladiator has.

I had to add the APEX power steering kit to mine. Overheating and impossible to turn at times on high traction surfaces. It is much better now but still locks up at times with front locker engaged. Looks like PSC has a high flow pump out now, but I don't know much about it yet,

Why are you using 4L and lockers on high traction surfaces? You’ll cause damage, binding it up

My truck microphone pics up way too much background noise for the people on the call - I always use my iPod earbuds when I am driving...
