Then your dealer is an idiot. But that's not surprising. :bandit:

There are, of course, some good dealers out there. But sadly the majority of them will say anything to get the sale and/or know nothing about what they are selling.

I visited one dealer near me to check out the JT when it first came out. It was on a whim, as I was driving by I saw they had one out front and I hadn't yet seen one in person. When I asked if they had any other models to look at, I was led to the back of the lot. As we were walking and making small talk, the salesperson asks "what brings you in to look at the Gladiator today?". I said that I've owned a YJ, TJ and currently a JK, and have driven a JL so wanted to check out the new Gladiator.

The salesperson then said "oh, cool...have you ever owned a Jeep before?".

What you should have said -

"I've owned a YJ, TJ and currently a JK, and have driven a JL so wanted to check out the JT"

Then he would have responded - "but I thought you wanted to see the Gladiator..........."

After I drove one at the only dealer that had one I went back to my local dealer to see about ordering one. Asked about lease pricing and the Sales manager said he couldn't give them to me. So obviously I asked why, and he said "Well because they're not out yet" And after 10 min of trying to explain to this guy that they're definitely out and they had all the money factors already. He responded with "well you think we can just see into the future and tell you what things are gonna cost?".........BRO DO YOU KNOW HOW LEASES WORK???

It is 100% different. This has been discussed and proven exhaustively in the forum. The difference in part numbers have been photographed and discussed. The max tow rear springs have a different part number and an extra coil. This has also been photographed. Ive got a set of rear springs from a max tow in my garage if you want me to send you a pic. Its pointless to argue this fact, and one has to ponder why one would.

Yes, the Rubicon has its own tow package, similar to the Sport Max Tow, but with a lower tow/payload limit. ;)

Nope! I just asked a couple questions that I thought were legitimate guess not! Isn’t the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last...
I'm just messing around after seeing the posts above mine..........it's Friday, tomorrow is Caturday.
