Radio does not come on when engine started??

Is this normal? Mine takes about 10-12 seconds to warm up? WTF?
I've done a search and luckily don't have some of the other issues people are having.

You get no sound for that period, or the uconnect doesn't load in that timeframe?

Nothing. Just a blank screen.
pushing the on button does nothing in those ten seconds as well. When it does come on iget Some safety bs that I have to accept

Mine does that. Always has. I just assumed it was normal

It takes time to boot up and get ready. The user interface to the Uconnect system is essentially a custom Android tablet. If you remote start, it has time to do most of the bootup before you get in.

You don't have to accept the warning, the system will bypass the screen of you wait.
