Random Blue Dot - Need removal advice

Hey Everyone,

I have this random blue dot on my jeeps driver mirror. Not quite sure how it got on there as I bought it with it on and figured I could get it removed. I can't scratch it off with my finger and it seems it's on the paint pretty good.

Any thoughts on what might be able to remove this without doing any damage to the plastic?

Goof off paint remover. Just a little dab on a rag.

If you can't get it off with some "Mineral Spirts" Not lacquer thinner but "Mineral Spirts". Then maybe some Denatured Alcohol. Then you can move to the hotter stuff like naphtha (Coleman fuel). Maybe try some lacquer thinner before the Goof Off. Its a little bit hot for most fine finishes like your paint, plastic and seats.

Looks like the inspection paint pen color you see under the hood when they built it.

Another vote for mineral spirits.
