What tire size di you use it for? Did you have any speed problems as others have stated?
The actual measurement was 33” and I had to set it to 32.25” for everything to be in sync....but very happy with it.

Tire pressure is 38....but I did not check to see if there’s a software update so my programmer may not have the most current version.
Did you ever get yours calibrated to match GPS? I had the same problem. Switched from 31's to 33's tried several different tire sizes and the closest I cold get was within 1MPH. Jeep showing 1MPH faster than the GPS. I threw in the towel. I think I changed tire sizes 7 or 8 times

Yes I did....I used 31.25” and it’s just right
I had the 1 mph thing too. You need to decrease the tire more in .25 increments

Yeah broke it out again and dialed the tire size back .25. Think I got it on the nose this time!

My actual is 33” and finally set the RC calibration to 32.75” and now the speedometer is 61 and the gps shows 60 and I think when I set it on 33” the gps showed 61 and the speedometer showed 60. So now I get to do it all again.
I had same issue with 37's. Mph shows 35 gps jumps between 34 and 35. So....Im assuming its damn close, and it may be an issue with the gps. At that close I don't see it being an issue.

Decrease your tire size by .25 or maybe even .50 and it’ll get right

I did like 4 times. Now the gps jumps between 1 mph and exactly on point. Im thinking it might be gps. Do you see it as an issue jumping like that?
