The right rear shock started leaking on my Gladiator early last year. I warranteed it out, because it was still a bit too new to motivate me to change out the whole set. But I have a brand new set of the red Rubicon shocks that I saved from a Mopar lift installation that I will use when I need a set.

How many miles on them, by chance?

What we suggest on our Dirt Logic shocks:

The internal workings of the shock should be serviced approximately every 25,000 miles or less if driven off-road frequently.

IIRC, they will not warranty replace a leaking shock until the staining extends beyond 1/3 of the valve body. Even then, they will only replace the one shock. Unless you got a Mojave setup, better to just bite the bullet and put in some better aftermarket shocks.

I have a 2020 Rubicon. My rear left Fox shock had a small leak last year with about 48,000km.
I took it to the dealer. They discovered that they could no longer get the Fox shock replacements and were directed to install 4 brand new Red Rubicon shocks under warranty.

At first I was disappointed by the appearance but quickly looked on the bright side. I have 4 new shocks, on my 4 year old truck, that are rumored to be better than the OEM Fox.

My front drivers side shock looks to have a slight leak (I also just found slight paint bubbling on the bottom of my tailgate.) Will I take it in? Probably not. Until the shock goes completely I'll just keep an eye on it. I have the diesel with the "bump" feature when hitting deep potholes, so may just opt for the Mopar 2" lift in the future and kill 2 birds with one stone.

I was able to get the rear shock fixed at the Jeep dealer in WinterHaven Fl. They were very courteous and I had a Gladiator as a loaner. Thanks again Jeep!
