I am lifting my Gladiator 3.5 inches, including the rear to keep the rake for towing. The stock rear sway bar end links are 11 inches center to center. Does this mean that I need a rear sway bar end link that is 14.5 inches to keep the sway bar geometry correct? If not, how long should they be?

The length sway bar link needed is dependent on the length of your shock. I'm running 12.25" rear links with 28.5" long rear shocks. If you aren't installing a kit/system with links specific to that lift/shock combo, the best thing to do is measure, then get exactly what you need. If you go with links which are too short, you may rip the bracket off the frame (I did). If you use links which are too long, they may catch on rocks when off road. Clayton sells some which are adjustable, which could be your best bet.

Yeah it's all about where it ends up at full droop. If you added a 3.5" extender for the shock then yes, 3.5" more link would suffice. However if the lift came with new shocks, you are likely going to be 1-2" longer than stock (while still needing to handle uptravel) which means you need somewhere closer to 4-5" of more link.

It's better to err on the side of longer because inverting them breaks things but with this setup, that does put you at risk of dragging the bar and link over things.

The kit I purchased has shocks that are for 1.5' to 3.5" lift. I assume the lift kit I have has rear sway bar end links for a 2" lift, since it is also a leveling kit and only raised the rear end 2". So let me ask you this, does this mean that I should just use the rear sway bar end links set with the lift kit? Remember I am lifting the rear 3.5".

I can't answer this question with certainty without knowing the length of the shocks and the links. Do you have specifics on the lift and shocks you are using?

Here is the lift kit link, https://www.roughcountry.com/jeep-s...0.html?find=2021-jeep-gladiator-jt-4wd-756566. It only lifts the rear 2" so I am adding a 1.5" Teraflex spacer the get to 3.5" lift in the rear. Here is the link to the shocks that come with the lift kit, https://www.roughcountry.com/premiu...h.html?find=2021-jeep-gladiator-jt-4wd-756566. The shocks look like they are an extended lift of 28.03". If my stock links, (not lifted yet,) are 11" eye to eye, how long would you say the rear sway bar end links should be?

I can give you some numbers to work with from my Gladiator non max tow.
This is all specific to rear axle and measured eye to eye.
Stock (no lift) sway bar end link 10.5 inches.
Mopar lift (2.75 inch lift) sway bar end link 13 inches.
Icon 1.38 inch spacer lift with EVO adjustable sway bar end link at 11.25 inch

Hope this helps.

You’re putting a spacer lift on top of a spacer lift? I’m not sure I would recommend that, but if that’s what you end up doing (if the two spacers are even compatible), as long as your rear swaybar links are about 12” long, they should work with those 28” shocks. Do you have much experience with Jeeps and Rough Country lifts?
