Has anyone had good experiences with lug nuts (I guess they are tuner style) for Method wheels? I'm in the Northeast and would like a set of black ones that will hold up to salt and winter grime.

Recs from anyone that has run some for a few winters?

Gorilla Nuts. Pricey but they hold up to the weather better than others I have used. Check to make sure the lug size and taper matches your wheels and Jeep.

Is method no longer selling their proprietary lug nuts anymore?
We ran them with our SXS race vehicle in DP4…. Broken rims in half…. Nuts stayed on! ?? (broken rim had zero to do with quality etc. and everything to do with speed and huge rocks camouflaged by dust…)

Not sure what makes them proprietary, or if sarcasm... but they do sell lugs on their site. I'm just looking for ones that hold up to salt well. If they do, I'll gladly buy em.

??‍♂ All the method lug nuts we have run use a fancy design. they come with a key to adapt to socket.

The lug nuts I got with my Methods are black and splined. No idea as to longevity but they still look good after the tire shop installed them, then I R&R'd them to install my lift. Powder coat didnt chip at all so it seems to be of good quality.

IMO Gorilla nuts have one of the best warranties. Look on their suite for the finish guarantee.

If cost is not a consideration, Archtype Racing can make you a set of titanium that fit a 17mm socket, you just need to let them know before ordering. Just don't be in a hurry to receive your order.
