So after about a year or so I can really notice my front sagging with bumper and winch. Even with the rsi cap, rack, awning and water tank at the rear. I did get falcon 3.3 shocks too but I like to see each result and will put shocks on after I run just the springs or I might just do the shocks depending on time. It only took about an hour to remove everything. Taking a break then putting springs back on. Sucks though been waiting over two weeks just to get the bump stops from Metalcloak. I went with MC bumps stops for the ease of adding or removing without pulling springs, therefore I can add them at a later date.
I wanted to show the difference since I couldn’t find any true comparison of this swap.

Guess I went ahead with the shocks. It was raining but stopped so I continued on with the install. Not sure if I want to cut up these Inner liners or go nemesis. I don’t like the fact that if I cut them all the mud will get into the hole to the engine. But the nemesis created a pocket around the falcon reservoir.

I put up the passenger side and looks like it only needs minimal trim to access the knobs. I’ll button it all up then decide.

All buttoned up will road test and let settle for a couple days then I’ll take measurements. Rear springs from dobinson should arrive in a couple days too.

most definitely rides better. did the same loop I do every morning to drop of my daughter to school. No more bobble head sensation in the front but can feel the rear wants to. Yes it’s more of a firm jolt when hitting bumps but we’re talking soft quick jolt as I only road tested setting “1”
Will continue tomorrow with rear shocks and then rear springs whenever those show up.

Are those the 2.5 or 3.5" springs?

Are you going to add adjustable control arms or geometry correction brackets?

I already have the mopar lowers but will check pinion tomorrow. I left my angle finder at work. If I need to I’ll add upper adjustable

here’s the confusing part….
It’s their 2.5” overland kit spring but front spring in kit is the 3.5” spring part number COR-1508350

I'm at 7 degrees of caster as it sits with the Mopar extended LCA. After another day of driving and 30 degree temps in the morning. These are by far way better than the factory Fox shocks/Mojave/AEV spacer setup. The bumps and noises I used to feel and hear every morning are gone. No more squishy sounds from the FOX shocks every morning pulling out of the driveway.

I measured in the same spot I park at everyday at work and I got a 2" increase over the previous setup. I have a Barnes front bumper and HF winch with steel cable. Again I have noticed the front end sagged over the past couple years. I am selling the AEV spacers to a friend so I will measure his before and after he installs the spacers to get a true baseline of what the AEV spacers do on a stock vehicle.

Rear springs arrived. I went with the 3” part# C29-247V . I wanted to additional spring rate. Maybe I didn’t search hard enough but I couldn’t find free length info anywhere. These are right about 21” which puts them inline with the Clayton rear springs but with a higher load rating.

Rear springs on and trying out the teraflex driveline spacers. Still need to drill bump stops on but waiting for other parts to arrive so will be taking wheels off again anyways,

I never drove on sand but there’s a ranch I go to and all the livestock creates a really bumpy rough road and yeah the fox shocks soaked that up like it was nothing. The slower you go the bumpier so I’d go full speed. But now I’m all loaded with the rsi cap and gear so it’s going to be a totally different feel. Stiffer springs especially one of the major factors.

Was trying to find some of my earlier before pics with the AEV , Diamondback and 35s setup. I wish I had measurements of this picture. Because the lower rock rail is level. But recently even with the rsi cap as it sat, the front end really sagged and you can tell the side rail was sloped forward.
