We will have them in the JT we are bringing to EJS but they will not be available for sale by then. Testing has to be completed before they're available.

Ok Question for Rock Krawler Suspension, today i was at the tire shop & they started jacking up my Jeep by the frame the rear axle drooped so much i had to stop them because my brake lines were starting to stretch. I thought my rear King shocks were 28” long because my front ones were. But anyway i have your lift but using the trackbar bracket & adjustable trackbar so not the pro. Should i just go longer brake lines or a limit strap ? If a strap what length? Thanks i am loving this lift.

I would remove my brake capliers first then let it droop fully, if the springs don’t unseat then by brakelines, if they do then limiting straps will be needed. Hope that makes since.

Are you absolutely sure your extended shock length is 28” and not more? Measure your shocks or look up the specs for that shock.
I ask because of 2 things.

1. I’m going to install the Pro-X kit but droop is limited by shock length and I’d have the same issue with 28” max length shocks. The major advantage to the Pro-X kit is it eliminates suspension “bind” created by the trackbar.

2. The tight brake line should have been noticed during the install of the new spring if the calipers were left on.

Rock Krawler’s recommended maximum generic shock lengths are:
29.5” Front
28” Rear

If your rear shocks are the same as the front and your fronts are at 29.5” then you’re 1.5” too long for the rear.
If that’s the case then a 3rd option would be to replace the rear shocks with one that would limit the droop.
The 28” max extended dimension from Rock Krawler may very well be based on the issue your seeing.

I received the rear shocks first & didn’t think to measure them extended. The web site didn’t show the length of these shocks yet. I used spring compressors on the rear springs to install because the springs are so tall. So when the front ones came in i measured them & they where 28” eye to eye. So i assumed the rear might be the same. So i am going to follow what RK suggests & either use straps or new brake lines. Thanks

I would pull and measure a rear shock to ensure what you are working with. Your concerns, in order, will be brake lines, sway bar links, springs unseating.

Having an accurate dimension on the rear shocks will be the key to determining if extended lines are the answer or if they're so long that you're going to experience other issues and, in that case, limiting straps would be the answer.

Ok today i drooped the rear unbolted the upper brake line bolts to give an extra inch or so. So it looks like the rear sway bar stops the axle & the rear brake lines are not tight but fully extended. I disconnected the bottom of the shock & measured them 30” long from center of eyes. The springs never unseated. I already ordered rear brake lines just for assurances. So i like the shocks do i need limit straps? If so how long?
