Sounds to me like your sway bar links, check washer placement and torque on those links and see again. Or, to prove the source of the noise, disconnect the rear sway bar links and bounce it again.

hey @Rock Krawler Suspension, I noticed for JL wranglers you have 2.5 and 3.5 complete suspension kit. Since you currently have the 3.0 kit for the JT, any plans to make 2.0 Pro X complete suspension kit for JT? I feel like with the current 3.0 kit I need to put 37s and I might not want to go that route having to mess with other things.

We will probably get into a smaller lift in the future but our engineers are currently working on the 5" systems and long arm systems.

Oh damn 5 inches that's long as hell. Well I'm glad the smaller ones are in the plans. You think by end of this year or early 2021? I imagine there will be alot of people interested in the smaller lift especially rubicon owners that are thinking 35s!

Too early to tell, honestly. I poked my head into a couple of the engineers' offices today and asked where they're at with this. Apparently they've got test parts shipping out today to a tester in Colorado for a 2" setup. So I guess they're a fair bit ahead of where I thought they were.

That being said, if they're basically getting into some light testing now, I'd be expecting to see kits come together by mid summer.

Something I haven’t seen discussed here regarding alignment is when you have adjustable control arms you have the potential to have your axles not be parallel to each other. Extreme example:
Front \ / Rear
How critical is that relationship and how can it be checked?
Is this checked when having an alignment done?

That relationship is critical, and it can go several ways, \ / , / \ , / / , \ \... It is checked in a 4 wheel alignment, you can check as well by measuring from an established reference point on the frame to front axle and rear axle. Then you can measure diagonals to ensure axles are square to frame.

Ultimately, if your front lower control arms are matching in length and your rear lower control arms are matching in length, the axles will be very square to the vehicle, assuming that the frame mounts and axle mounts were unmodified.

The front axle is going to be pushed forward so the front springs will not be centered from top to bottom. Also it does not take much caster + or - to influence the handling of these trucks for the good or bad. I would wait i know how you feel i was in the same position.

I have the Pro x System with Falcon 3.3 SP2 shocks and having on road stability issues. Caster is 5.7 what are others running and is your rig steering ok? Mine wonders all over the road at highway speeds.

If i remember correctly i`m at the same caster. On the passenger side my lower control arm is 1/2 turn out further than the drivers side trying for a cross split in castor. But if you have your control arms set per recommendation your truck should not wander, my truck drives straight and true and steering is tighter than stock. Check your toe mine is at 3/32 you want toe between this and 1/8.

The rear sway bar should be almost level, set to the recommended length will help a ton. Set the way you have it now the sway bar will flip off road.

Castor should be a little more on the pass. side to compensate for the crown of the road.
