Welcome back Adam and thank you for helping and caring! Good to see you here again.
Thank You.
Strangely, I'd much rather be at my desk doing this than where I had to be the last few days.

Is anyone running Falcon 3.3 shocks with the Pro-X? I looked all over trying to find their collapsed/extended specs and was out of luck. I called Teraflex and they recommended the shocks designed for 3.5 - 4.5" lift which have a maximum extended length of 28.5". Does anyone know if these will be an issue vs what RK recommends?

Hey all, sorry for delays on my part, I was out of the office unexpectedly for a few days for a funeral I had to attend out of town but I'm back and want to get some answers out there.

@motorod not normal, they should be the same length, we'd be happy to figure out which one is correct and get a replacement to you. If they can both adjust to spec, it isn't required but obviously we want things correct.

@RH 67 I'm glad JP got you squared away. And those are some helpful hints for install for sure.

@wch_Chip Thanks for spotting the coilover kits, we've been developing them for a while and they work very well. It is important to note that the rear has 2.625" diameter rear shocks to match the front 2.625" front coilovers and it is a very well balanced setup.

For all, the front coilover upgrades will be available on the website soon, part number is JT30COF and MSRP on them is $2362.17 That will include front remote reservoir coilovers, frame side brackets and axle side brackets. They are 12" travel and offer 14" of wheel travel on OEM axles, will fit aftermarket axles without any issues.

If I missed a response anywhere, let me know, tag me etc and we will get you covered ASAP.

Adam C
what about a weld procedure for the Pro-X kit? That’d be great.

Good call,

Fully weld the outer ends with a 1/4" filet weld.

Weld into the rear pockets (where the U bolts would hide access) 1" of weld on each access point there, 4 points total.

I installed the Falcon 2.1's, the rear being 28.5" extended required me to run Evo extended rear brake lines as the factory were at least 2" too short at droop. I also had to extend the sway bar end links from the 13" RK recommends out to about 13 7/8". in order to keep the angle more appropriate at full droop. At 13" the sway bar was actually limiting my down travel and I couldn't have that.

Installed my Synergy track bar brace today, turned out to be fairly easy. There was no need to remove the sway bar link and i used a pry bar to push the RK spring slightly to access the rear bolts holding the steering box. Another thing taken care of, next a Fusion drag link.

Exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate it!

I can tell no difference. I really just got it for strength as my steering has been good all along.

When will the option with coilovers be available? Cant find them at suppliers or add them to the cart on your website

2020 Gladiator Rubicon. Granite Crystal. Black Freedom Top & Fenders. Rock Krawler 3” Pro-X No limits Lift,
So I just looked at my torque wrench and it only goes up to 150 ft lbs. Uh Oh.
Ordered one that goes too 250 ft lbs.
Reminds me of the days when I had to remove/install VW rear hubs.
It had a castle nut on it that was torqued to 220 ft lbs.
I’d use a Sears Craftsman breaker bar and the handle from the floor jack PLUS a helper sitting on the end of the jack handle and a 5 lb sledge to break it loose/put on.
We would put the socket/breaker bar on the nut then the jack handle on the breaker bar, then the friend SITTING on the jack handle and then beat the snot outta the bar with the 5lb sledge. Eventually it came loose and helper dropped to the ground. Lost count of how many breaker bars I’ve broken and returned for new (Lifetime Warranty). Usually had to get a new helper each time because they remember landing on their a$$.

Do we need brake line extensions with these 3” kits?
I just read a post somewhere that said we do.

as long as you abide by shock length recommendations, factory lines are fine. If you exceed the recommendations, you may need some.
