Very drool-worthy indeed!
I had no idea that even existed, If I had, it might have been a very serious contender. 215 lbs all in is lighter than what my cap/RTT combo will be (unless I went with the lighter tent). Of course, my whole set-up will be just over half the cost. But the design is pretty much exactly what I'd have wanted, were money no object.
One big demerit is the mattress on that Unplug: it's only 48" wide, which, for 2 people, just strikes me as very cramped.
But otherwise, amazing find!
Is small, but do able. For us it would be more for when your out and about and decide to camp for the night at the last minute. Or for road trips where you want to sack out for a night on your way to your final destination.
We would probably sleep in it 6 or 7 times a year at most. With it being 1 or maybe 2 nights in a row on the rare occasion.

If I was doing a setup to use regularly like your wanting, I'd probably want bigger.

Go big. Better to be comfortable at night with space to stretch out, organize stuff out of the weather, and live in the tent when it's raining buckets.

Do you have steps/sliders so you can reach the tent while putting it away? My RTT experience (many years ago) was that putting the tent away was a huge PITA, something always gets caught up or needs to be tucked in further. Having a way to reach up to the sides of the tent to adjust stuff was vital.

And always get a big gatorade at a gas stop and save the bottle. Navigating a ladder at 3am doesn't get easier as you get more "experienced".

Hi all. Just chiming back in here quick to say I that I picked up my rooftop tent today: Topoak Galaxy Pro. It’s on the truck and I’m stoked to take it out for it’s maiden voyage soon. Sending a couple pics for visual evidence. Thing was a bear to get mounted to my cap because the crossbars are super low-profile and there was barely enough room to get my hands and a ratchet under there to get the nuts onto the bolts for the brackets. But it’s on there good now and staying there for the foreseeable future.

Also wanted to finally post those pics of the inside of my cap that I had promised. Apologies for the delay: got waylaid with work stuff and completely slipped my mind.

I’ll post back with impressions of the tent once I’ve taken it for a spin.

Looking at these pics here, seems like I’ve got a bit of squat now. Mojave springs: not really set up for heavier loads (between the cap, rtt, bedslide, steel fender flares and aluminum fender liners, I’m probably over 400lbs back there). New springs are probably in my future…
