After 1 month of a garage kept tonneau cover, it's already starting to crack at rubber seams.
Oh and the rough country logo has "washed" off.

Come on @Rough Country Suspensions. I'd like some help here please.

That doesn't bode well. I just ordered a Rough Country tri-fold for my Gladiator. I hope I don't have this problem too here pretty soon.

That's what you're seeing here my friend. I would expect it after 3 or 4 years; not one month.

The jeep has seen rain once.

Definitely call them. I would bother them to death inside of the warranty period. They should make it right or get you a new one. That's too much money to just give up on.

I would probably see if you can return it. I have the rough country one since November. Fit is not great front panel doesn't flip up. While i haven't noticed an deterioration like above yet i feel the rubber in between the panels has stretched a bit causing it to not exactly sit flat. Its not bad for the price buy i wish i had been more patient and less cheap and spend just a couple hundred more for the rugged ridge.

I guess the disappointment for me is, Rough Country is supposed to be a pretty rugged setup. If mine has these problems that are being described, then I'd probably return it as well and just go with the Mopar. It's about $300 more but I haven't seen anything to make me believe it doesn't work as advertised. But, I'm willing to get Rough Country make it right if I go down that road.

After reading this you made me go check mine. I've had it on for over a year now and no cracking. There are "creases" where it hinges in the first section since it is opened and closed more often but no cracking. Rubber still feels nice and soft and that is down here in the Texas heat.

This is day #3 @Rough Country Suspensions . If you really want to gain customers, or stop from losing, I'd highly advise you to contact me. I've called your CC team twice.
