Hmmm, I have trouble figuring out where the pictured location is hahaha, but thanks for pictures.
At the rear right side of truck cab about a foot down and in from back edge of cab. The plastic plug on back wall of bed is in line with right side of vent.

If you key off of where the sticker is in side photo to other pictures it should give you a idea of where to look.

For covering the wiring this is the stuff I used, with heat shrink tubing on ends.

I used the expandable not split loom. The 1/4 inch tubing can or will expand to larger size of wiring too.
You can run some wires through the vent flap on back of cab the though plugs in bed or frame rail / next to them.
That looks a lot like what I got - I just found the package.
I had used the split type - to leave open the possibility of easily adding wires later, but the closed tube would work just as well feeding it through the tube. And yes, it expands and is flexible.
The plastic stuff doesn't take tight corners as well as this and it more resembles factory. I'll be switching some of my car's wiring to this although I'm done with the bigger national shows (made it to the top, don't care to compete with $80.000 plus AMX or Javelin) I still keep finding things "I could do this better".
The colors in these also help ID later if you make multiple runs.
For my 4.0 I used flame retardant split plastic loom as that's what the factory used in the 90s, I could get really small stuff for the injector wires, and next to the fuel rail, flame resisting seemed sort of interesting.

1/4" like you show will hold a couple fair size wires, or several 16 gauge or so.
Heat shrink at the ends really tidies it up nicely, makes it look finished.

Ya beat me to it. I'd almost forgotten to look for my package.

I think I ran some charging wires through the rear drain plug hole too. Heck I've probably added 30 pounds of extra wiring in my JT, besides 3 solar panels (separate solar systems), 2 charge controllers, 100w LiPo battery, lights and ect wiring.

My curse of the old plastic loom cover is it's became brittle and braking off.

I have the safety options & upgraded rearview mirror, but the front & rear dashcam/ mirror mount helps with vision in rain & provides a much wider view (in addition to black box function). Just make sure you get the HD rear camera, I have a system that I bought 2 years ago in another car & the newere systems are updated & lower in cost. A down side is you will need the 10" version but it will still block your sunvisor because of the front camera. Also it is a bit brighter in low light conditions compared to the mirror. I originally used a small metal angle (about $.87 at HD) but upgarded to wood as I didnt want any sharp objects in the back seat of the Jeep. I pulled the connections out (yellow) they easily slide back into the trim piece, in case you decide to take the top off. If you have any questions or need some more pics, let me know. ;)

That's a nice setup! The visibility looks pretty good as well! I will probably end up doing this as well. Thanks for all your help. I will let you know if I run into anything when I'm actually installing.

Glad I could help. The biggest plus is the wide view (covering the blind spots) n clear vision in rain??

Can’t remember…. Got it on Amazon for 60.00 at the time! Bought another one “different brand” for 100.00 to compare…. Exact same thing! Just make sure of the following…. 10” & HD rear. 1020. Since my primary use is as a rear view “mirror” I try to get the highest def possible for the rear camera… just go over the details carefully … those sellers are sneaky

You can just run some wires through it, the wire you will see in my pictures is the rear camera cable on mine that I ran under hardtop. The black plastic further down is the vent on back of right side of cab.

Hey blade, im looking to run a mini coax cable the same way you did. I assume it wasn't too pinched going under the hard top? Did you have concerns with the seal or add any foam? Was there a groove the wire sits In?

I ran wires at seam of where separate metal comes together. I haven't noticed any leaks but I've got wires in a slight loop of loose wire, so any water drips down between bed and cab.

One is coax cable for GMRS radio antenna, on left side.
If I remember correctly I may have added some foam sealing tape.
