Thanks for the part number but I know they have/had them, they just don't have them in stock now or at least didn't have them a week or so ago last I chatted with them. That's why I went with the "slightly larger" version which is more like "massively larger". I'm physically compromised at the moment with a blown shoulder and can't grind down 8 of these things so looking for a way to buy my way out of the problem from another source. The M8 bolts provided for the rest of the load bar foot fit into the RSI channel, I'm worried that there may not be quite enough bite to just use bolts instead of the T-bolts.

I got mine from main line overland when I got my cap - great guys. They had them in stock at the time - give them a call.

You should go back through this thread and read my debacle. Trust me, you’re better off without one compared to my story.

I preordered and waited months. Then received a damaged unit in the first shipment and waited over 5 months to get a replacement panel…

One of the other panels I had to have fixed at a body shop.

This included getting two incorrect replacement tailgates sent direct some SA.

Did it once with goo be gone weeks ago , and see another little spot ,literally takes a few minutes. It is one step above washing the windows so not really a problem for me. I’m one of the lucky ones that am thrilled with my cap and have no regrets....Jack

Isopropyl alcohol wipes make it nice and clean. On sale at a lot of stores right now to reduce stock. I still have weeping latches nearly 6 months into ownership.

Diesel fuel works well on removing Goo if you don't have the Goo stuff AND it does NOT hurt the paint but clean off after anyway!

Yeah, it cleaned up fine with some GooGone. It's already weeped out again after it sat in the sun. I was hoping someone had heard from RSI about a real, actual fix/warranty process for them.

Like others have said, GooGone works well for getting this off. I have had to do it a few times but it seems to have slowed down now. Last time I had to wipe some off I used a little extra and tried to get up in the seam a little to get out some of the excess (but not TOO much).

I have been doing stuff in my garage the last couple weeks so the Jeep has been in the driveway outside and its been pretty warm and sunny out...no running glue so far, so I am hopeful that everything that is gonna run down already has!

Anyone ever try any connector between caps on bed and truck windows? I am thinking the SS of RSI cap may get Hot and dogs will need A/C on trips if windows don't help!

Anyone in here have the bin? I am still waiting on mine (9 months and counting). I want to install some drawers like the Decked or something more universal, but I don't want to install it without confirming the lowest point of the bin. Can someone measure theirs to tell me how much room is below the bin between the bed? TIA
