I had to work my dealer hard to get mine. Ultimately, I sacrificed and took a few options off I wanted to get it and took one I didn't want. I'm adding them aftermarket and now okay with the one I took, because I love the saddle interior. The bonus came when I did the headliners I needed in tan from Hotheads and they are so much better than factory. I found the saddle interior mostly on white, silver and gator color schemes. Not sure I'd like it with Gobi.
Funny to read that. I was vacillating between Gobi and white when I ordered. I really wanted the saddle leather, but I just could not see it paired with Gobi, so I ordered white. Kind of a boring color, but I like it, and it is cooler in the hot Florida sun.
Same. I wanted the Gator, but too hot for Texas heat. Then was trying to get a silver one the dealer wouldn't trade on. Didn't want the white top and fenders that were on it, but now that I have added Sunrider top and it has the black tonneau cover, I am glad the top was white as it's cooler and I do like the white fenders. A few decals and it will have enough non-white for me.
I was surprised when I got my JTR. The only JT on the lot was a Rubicon, fully loaded with the exception of ACC. All black except had the saddle leather interior, exactly what I wanted. In searching other nearby provinces, I'm in Canada, there wasn't a saddle leather interior to be found. I'm inclined to think dealers are just not bringing them in. I also wasn't found of the dash color that comes with the black leather. Cheers!
I ordered Hydro blue because well....that’s just my colour. However the Gladiator in white is probably my favourite. They just look right in white. I’ve had Gobi, crystal grey metallic, silver, black and white all parked in my garage on test drives and the white was the nicest hands down. The Gobi was nice as well but I think the colour would sour on me long term.
Most of them are black. I did not see a single Gladiator on my dealers lot, and when I searched online, rare to find saddle. Even tan cloth is hard to find.
