Howdy folks, I'd greatly appreciate some feedback on my plan for ensuring our Dometic CFX 75 DV is able to keep both zones running without issue while supporting other devices for days. Some observations which limit some of my original plans.

1. My bed outlet is useless for charging my EcoFlow Delta (original plan) because the power isn't clean enough. It needs pure sine on DC. That outlet can run the fridge/freezer however only when the truck is running and we often stay put at sites for days while hiking & exploring on foot.

2. I could charge the delta in the cab via the 12v source but as above, only when the truck is running safely.

After becoming more familiar with how finicky our dual battery setup is, I'd rather just keep things entirely isolated from a power standpoint and not give Jeep any reason to deny aux battery replacement or warranty claims on electrical.

My thought is to run Cascadia's hood mounted panel (85W for the gladiator) directly to the ecoflow delta via MC4. During a recent trip I was happy to learn that our delta will keep one zone at 5˚ and one at 32˚ for over 2 days on a single charge and I only had each compartment half full. It has the ability to take a solar charge while powering gear.

I called Cascadia (great folks btw) and they recommended I run their controller to charge my primary battery if voltage drops below 11.4 while charging the delta off the controller's 12v output source fed from the main battery (when voltage is above 11.4), then run the fridge off the delta as planned. This sounds extremely logical but my lack of faith in the factory battery setup has me very apprehensive about relying on it for much more than normal operation. I think perhaps I'd be complicating things by introducing an unnecessary component (charge controller to battery) when the delta provides all of our camping/energy needs and can charge directly from a panel.

Ok sorry for the lengthy post, this has been banging around in my head for a few weeks. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I setup mine to use the AC plug in the back of the bed (factory option). I put an octopus on the plug and use two cords - one going to the Bluetti battery AC charger, the other going directly to my Engel Refrigerator. When the truck is running it is charging the Bluetti battery (200 watts) and running the Engel (35 watts). When the truck is turned off, the Engel automatically starts running and pulls DC from the Bluetti. So, the Engel has DC coming from the Bluetti and AC coming directly from the Truck. The priority for Engel automatic switching is AC first (if available). It has worked great for almost 1 year now. If the truck is going to sit, I have an extension cord setup from my garage where I plug in the octopus so the house will charge the battery and run the Engel. At some point, I may also add solar, but, so far, I 4wheel all day, then, only camp overnight, then, keep going, so, no need for a solar panel yet.

I think you're over complicating things. Just get a good foldable solar panel at around 120w or more and you're set. I've found my combination of bluettie (500wh, 50ah) unit can go indefinitely with a 120w panel and decent sunlight. Max draw is probably around 45w and night time goes down to zero. I can get up to 95w from the panel and can usually fully charge the bluetti in 4-5 hours from empty. I've test run my Iceco 65L dual zone and can run the bluetti for 36 hours (mabye 32, cant quite remember) without a charge. I also have both ac and dc plugged in like hjdca.
