Has anyone done this or have pictures of someone elses rig? I wanna do this to mine but would like to see pics beforehand if I can. Mainly looking to get hood name decals with it and outline the Jeep badges.

color wheel science says no. I'd recommend going with any color that is more opposite of the color your vehicle is on the wheel. This why you generally see Mojaves in blue, grey, white, and velocity. as these are colors that compliment orange accents well. Saw a guy with a snazzleberry mojave gorgeous color, looked like ass with orange accents. Might I suggest a light orange?

Im honestly not a fan of the orange. I get what youre saying with the color wheel, I paint miniatures as my other hobby. Its just not a scheme I have ever been a fan of.

Well just to see what it would look like you can try porting a picture onto your computer then use the edit program to highlight over the outline with a color that’s close to what you want, not perfect but it would give you an idea of how it would look.

I personally feel like sarge green goes best with black, white, tan, gold or bronze

If I had a blue Mojave, the orange cheap looking exterior badges and Jeep tailgate emblems would be the first things lost. That orange it just too fake, too plastic.
Color wheel doesn't account for everything or all shades.
My son and wife agreed - the orange accents look great on sarge, but crap on the blue at least how they are implemented.
Already planning for the future - if I ever trade, it would be Mojave X in blue and lose the orange tailgate badge and side emblems ASAP.

This is a good idea. It's amazing the colors that work well together but the "color wheel" says no - ask a quilter.

I think the color is ok. But there’s too much. Just the hooks would have been fine

If you wanna compare and contrast, go to any paint store pick up color strips that are close to what you want and hold them up next to your jeep.

Not the exact colors you are talking about, but I immediately thought of the build that Quadratec & Unofficial Use Only teamed up to do of a "2 door" 4xe Gladiator.

... more of the custom built truck.

If you try to find it, Google something like "Gladiator 50 in 50 clean-ups".

Quadratec said they were going to use this truck to do 50 trail clean ups in 50 states.

The more I think about this, the more I'm sure I've seen "drab green", olive green or military green done with lime green accents or stripes on a Jeep from the 1980s. I've searched my pictures and come up with nothing so far.
I can find a lot of pictures of quilts and fabrics with "drab green" or olive green and lime green mixed in and it's fine.
i know I've seen my wife use the colors in the same quilt.

This is "lime green" with brown and "olive green" fabric.
Concentrating on just the greens, it works for me.

Maybe the Jeep I am remembering is the one that is sitting in a yard not far from where my wife went to high school a half hour south of us.
