Probably, but it can cut a bunch of different ways in how one wants to look at it. Depends on the value of one's time. I am sure that buyer had the full asking price in cash when he made the trip but just as much as the seller would want maximum value, a buyer also wants value. I sure would not make a 4 hour trip to pay a full market price.
