So, after my above post, I spent an inordinate amount of time online looking at rubber ducks, pondering the question of which duck best suited my situation. I live in Florida, so beach themed ducks? Tampa has Gasparilla, so pirate ducks? I am an avid Tampa Bay Lightning fan, so hockey ducks?

Finally settled on ducks that resemble strawberries. My house is surrounded by strawberry farms, and Plant City has an annual strawberry festival. So 3 dozen strawberry ducks are heading my way, and I’ll get to ducking as soon as they arrive!

Is it bad form to quote yourself? Eh. I'll do it anyway.

My ducks arrived today! Now to just design the tag for them, and I'll start ducking around...

Next 2 weeks should be fun. On Sunday, we're driving from south of Pittsburgh to Lake Powell Utah. Let see how many we duck and receive.

Now worries, I'm a No-Ducker also.... guessing It will happen when least expected. In my case when I actually start putting some miles on my rig and parking somewhere besides my driveway... lol just waiting to install my RH 4x4 sliders for door ding protection, new wheels & 37s .. maybe then I will be duck worthy.

I picked up my JTRD 12/2022 and have yet to be ducked. Granted in 5 months, I only have 1,200 miles and I rarely park in a public parking lot. I live in Trussville Alabama(near Birmingham) and I'm starting to believe it is not the most JEEP friendly area.... it's even difficult to get a return wave from most, almost like there is an unspoken bias against the Gladiator from the Wrangler crowd.. ?? It seems the people around here are mostly just Jeep owners and not inthusiast.

So PLEASE .... share your Duck stories... giving/receiving , along with pictures of your collection.

I’ve had my JT for 18 months and I only have 2 ducks and nobody waves back! I agree with the post that those with mods are happy to wave and the rest don’t know what’s going on…except…I don’t have any mods and I love waving

I ducked a all stock green JL, Costco parking lot in the Millenia area, I was loading and there was one in the bed, and gone!!!!

I’m in Virginia, about an hour south of Richmond. Ive gotten ducked a few times here, but I got the ducks the most in a short period of time when I was in South Carolina. I find that the odds are higher if you’re near a military installation. I got a bag of 100 on Amazon and let the kids duck Jeep’s when we’re out. I’ve only had to stop them once, soccer parents seem to love Jeeps ? there were at least 10 in the parking lot.
