Don’t know the percentages but passenger and drives is supposed to match the rear factory tint. The windshield is the lightest tint before just UV clear.

how do you like that trailer? I came across one of those and sort of liked. How’s the weight?

I just got mine. 20% ceramic on the front, 70%ceramic on the back to make them match.

how well does that ceramic stuff actually work? I'm thinking of doing a very light tint in the rear and maybe a slightly darker up front - dont want to ruin my low light visibility for hunting season but still would like to take advantage of less UV transmission

It’s been a great base for our project. Max is 3500. loaded with the bike is probably just under 3000.

20% all the way around but skipped the rear center small window to make it easier to see at night

Got the fronts to match the rears whatever that is. Then the front windshield I know is at 40 or at least I was told that.

Nice setup. Are those 35x11.5 tires?

basically. To be exact they are 295/70/18s which is nearly a 35 equivalent.

34.4 x 11.6 to be exact on paper

Technically no full out lift. Swapped my Overland shocks and springs for Rubicon take offs. That gave me A little over half inch lift in itself due to diff eve in spring compression rates. Then I just have the teraflex 1.5 inch front leveling kit. So all in all that gave me about 2 full inches of lift from the stock form without having an actual lift kit.

Eventually I'm going with the Mopar lift and will run the 1 inch spacer from the leveling kit with it to compensate for my steel bumper and winch (eventually).

Reviving an old thread but it seems to be the more recent of threads for window tint.
Who’s got 5% for 5 windows (front and rear + back glass)?

Trying to gauge if I need to do 30-35 on the windshield or not.

My old JK had limo tint on the rear and 5% up front and was fine since the glass house on it was so small, and my VW had 5% all around with 35 on the windshield which worked with the larger windshield.

I'm taking mine in for 35% (lowest legal in MT) on the sides toda. I've gone too dark on my other vehicles and can't see at night. Plus the cops around here look for any reason to pull you over.

Planning on getting tint installed next week. Previously on my vehicles I have always done 35% front and 15% over factory rear/back tint.

Thinking about changing it up this time and doing 30% all around but would be interested to see what others have done.
I know it says “show me”, but I’m from Nevada and not Minnesota! I did 15% all the way around with the ceramic option to block UV. Living in Nevada the extra tint is very much appreciated 8 months of the year. I’ll simply roll the windows down for law enforcement if I’m ever pulled over. Had to sign a waiver for the installer for exceeding the legal limit on the front. Breaking the law breaking the law !
