How does your setup do off road? I just bought a 2024 Geo Pro G19FD, which is about the same size, weight, and frame. I take my sway bars off when I hit a trail so I don't snap one and my back end sags like crazy as soon as I do. I almost tore off the belly mounted spare tire on what basically and inverted speed bump last weekend. I came home and order some AirLift airbags first thing.

This is how it's done!

The idea of having just a windshield, some fiberglass, and a foot or two of empty space between you and that truck you're about to plow into on the Interstate never much appealed to me. I'll stick to my Super-C coaches... thanks! *grin*

Of course, I've sworn off mohos altogether now with the Globetrotter behind the Overland. My wife and I started out with a 23' Airstream in 1987, and recognizing that we probably only have another ten years or so, we're going to finish out with our current 23' Airstream. It ought to last us as long as we choose to continue traveling.

My trailer dealership which is only 2 1/4 miles from my house, and had been there for over 60 years, Stoltzfus Trailer Sales, West Chester, PA, was just bought by General RV back in October of last year. I hope their service is just as good as the previous owners were.
I've bought 2 class A motor homes from General RV in Canton Ohio. Let's just say that I will never buy from them again.

To be honest, the camper does not see the trails, it only gets me near them. I do use the WDH along with airbags (AirLift 60818HD) but have also stiffened up/upgraded the suspension since the last camping season. The airbags will help with the sag to some degree but won't be a complete replacement for the WDH.

Also considering adding air bags to the rear.

What coil springs and lift length are you using in combination with the AirLift bags?

That is the Metalcloak 3.5" springs with Bilstein 5100 shocks. VERY happy with them so far. Rides like a dream on the interstate and on the trail. It was a replacement for the Skyjacker lift that was way too mushy for my taste.

its a night and day difference between when I have the WDH hooked up and when I remove it for the trail. I just need the Airbags to make it not sag so much for the trail. I have them on my Wrangler and they worked great. Looks like you have a nice setup, thanks for you input.

The Airbags I'm adding are for the rear (AirLift 60830). I'm still running my stock Rubicon suspension, I'll be adding a lift later this summer, but havent picked one yet.

The front of the motor on this fella is about even with my knees, so (I hope) a full frontal collision wouldn't be too bad...

That said, this was a deer strike, same coach, a few years back.
Over $26k in damage.

A significant other with gastrointestinal issues precludes a trailer for us.
