sill guards. Any recommendations ?

Installed the Rugged Ridge ones today without any additional adhesive or adhesion promoter. We’ll see how they hold up.

I followed this video’s instructions and they worked well. The video didn’t mention anything beyond alcohol to prep the sills.

The coverage on the front is great but the rears could be longer - as others have mentioned. Sounds like no one makes anything longer though.

Just to put it out there,
I have the Rugged Ridge ones, I specifically wanted ones that cover all the way up tot he interior plastic, which they do.

Overall I like them two months and no issues with them coming loose or shifting and I put my foot on it everytime I get out.
I will say under certain conditions they can be a tad slippery but normally are fine.

I'd recommend them.

I went with them too and I'm happy I did. I think they have the best coverage. Had them for over a year worth no issues.

Company makes great products. I also have their floor mats and tube doors and very happy with them too.

Only problem with the company is that it's almost impossible to contact them. They never answer the phone (always voice-mail) and I've had no luck either with email or their ticket system.

hm, good to know about the service. probably not a big deal for these but for some of their larger stuff might be worth considering before ordering.

Installed the Rugged Ridge sill guards today. The front ones fit really nice. The rear doors not super impressed with. Not sure why they have the big lip on the rear? The front doesn't have them. The front fit great. The back ones were not so.....kinda tall on one side or the other. To far forward the back end was to tall. To far backwards the front was to tall. If they don't hold up. I'll end up getting them done in LineX.
