For me I was surprised in how proportioned it looked. I’ve heard talk of it being to long but I didn’t feel that way at all.

One thing I will need to get used to is visibility. My current rig is a crew cab F-150 so I’m used to big windows open cab.
These windows are much shorter especially the rear window.

I must of hung around the JT for an hour. Most people seem to love it. Was by far the busiest vehicle at the show.

Some people that it was strange. Some just called it the Rubicon and I heard 2 people say they wouldn’t get it cause it will role. Haha

Also I’m 6’2” 220. Not a small guy. I fit just fine front and back. Also love how I can reach into the bed without an issue. That will make the bed more useful then my F-150 for what I use it for.

Did you think the beer window was an on size or worthless? How did the bed size look in person - functional or mediocre?

Very left field question, are there any dash level cup holders....i have them in the hilux and love them... not in the ranger, and everyone i know complains that they are not.

First off a big thanks to wooderson for the great pictures and reporting. And secondly thanks to Renegade, Iron Wolfpack, bangolia and Jeepers for your comments about the 4 tie downs and the lights as being standard. If they do in fact come as standard then that will make me a happy camper. Hopefully everything will get confirmed in a couple of weeks once my dealership can get my truck ordered at a “reasonable” price. That elusive price!!!!!!

4 bed tie downs are standard, just not the moveable ones as on the Trail Rail system. Bed rail caps are also standard.

At the 6:30 mark of this video he mentions the standard led bed lighting and 4 standard tie downs.

The cleats in the track are not standard but there are 2 foldable (towards the tailgate) and 2 swivel (towards the cab) tie downs that are standard. Bed lights I believe are standard too but I haven’t purchased one yet so not 100% sure ;-). Just trying to help you out and make sure you don’t buy a package you don’t need.

To be honest it was pretty damn small.
Nice to have for airflow I guess.
