anyone else run into this issue when ordering the dual top option?
i took receipt of my truck but when i came out of finance they told me they had not received the soft top (apparently it ships separately).
its been over 4 weeks now and no one can tell me when i'm going to receive my soft top--neither the dealer or jeep customer care. none of this makes sense, as gladiators are shipping daily from the plant in soft top only config's.
and how they don't have a list of vin's missing soft tops and some sort of eta/plan from the supplier doesn't pass the laugh test either. note from customer care below...

Good Afternoon Mr. xxx,
I just wanted to reach out to you again as I had a chance to speak with my colleague on the parts team about the Gladiator soft tops. Right now, the parts distribution center does not have an ETA for the part. Our parts team has reached out to parts expediting for more information, but due to the newness of the part, we are looking at a little bit of a delay due to availability of material and production status.
Also unfortunately, I am unable to ship you the part directly. It must be shipped to the dealership if customer care is involved. You would have order the part yourself from mopar if you wanted it shipped directly to you. Of course we already have an order placed for you and are expediting it at the highest level of priority.
Thank you for allowing me to look into this for you and I will stay in touch with more updates as I receive them.
