Software update yesterday.

I have a 24 Mojave and got a software update. When it was finished I couldn’t get the hvac temp control on the dash to work. You had to go to climate control and use the slider. No way of knowing what temperature is and I don’t think it would stay. Anyone else have anything like this happen?

Just got an "urgent" request from the dealer to do a "software upgrade" that "has to be done by the end of the month" on my brand new 2024 JT Rubicon X. Any idea what this is? I'm deployed so the dealer is actually driving 40 minutes to pick it up and do the update at the shop.

I have a 21 and have never ever ever ever gotten one single update ever. Everything works as it did the day I drive it home

Same here. I have a 21 Mojave and to my knowledge I have never gotten a single update.

I have had one update on my 2020. It bricked my radio and they replaced it with a used one. To top that off, xm radio subscription still belonged to the radio's original owner. It was quite the ordeal trying to have my xm subscription on this radio. I would not do another update unless it broke.

I wonder if I got an update that I was not aware of, don't recall seeing a message on the screen. But yesterday when I got in my vehicle the climate temperature control would only show hi and lo, not temperature value as I pressed the temp up/down buttons. Could not find anything in settings to change it.
