So with all this free time on my hand while self isolating I am considering my options for new rims and tires. I would love to put a lift with 37 inch tires but my problem is that i have a hard enough time getting in the jeep that the extra 4 inches of height would make it considerably worse.
i hear that the tires can be upgraded to 35s or 315s on stock rubicon suspension with zero rubbing during full flex and locked turn. This would only make the door 1 inch higher but would fill the wheel well.
So my question is what size rim would be needed for this? 17x8? and what backspacing? i was looking on quadratec site and they have so many options it's a bit overwhelming.
Thanks !
