Soundbar / light bar removal

I'm getting a terrible vibration from the light bar at radio volumes over 17. Has anyone removed the light bar and/or sound bar and can share instructions or photos? I'm planning on just a layer of soundskins in between, but I gotta get it out forst. Thanks!

Did anyone ever find a solution. I just traded in my Sport for a Rubi and buzzzzz at 25+. I can put my hand on next to the light on the passenger side and apply slight pressure and no more buzz.

Any help with this would be appreciated .

my sport with the 7” would play at 38 and never rattle or buzz but I swear this one with the 8.4 seems to be louder.
