Hey bud! I'm not super familiar with the DS18.. Can you send over a picture or a link of it?

After installing the DS18 bar I don't think your mount will work as it looks like it works with the bolt pattern on the factory sound bar.

What kind of weight will the bar hold? I had an AR-style shotgun mounted right behind the soundbar in my JKU. Would like to do something like that again.

The limitation here is most likely going to be the sound bar itself. do the screws go into metal? or do they go into metal inserts that are in plastic?

Oh damn... I just got my JT back from bodyshop and to many other $$$ spent express ordered set tires for Wrangler since I didn't know how long it was going to stay there.
Now I'm wanting to add it, I can think of many uses and things for it. I'll be keeping it in my wishlist for awhile.
FYI great on not needing to file police report for robbery on price like many are doing.

Did you get the powered, noise cancelling, fluff your pillow one? I like the concept but thought it may be a bit overkill for just a comms speaker. I dunno though. I do like to bang the stereo on the trail sometimes.

Yeah, the huge one. it's almost a full 6 inches square. I didn't stop to check measurements before ordering LOL. I've been trying to figure out what to do with it for months.

This is a great idea. I'll research some of the controllers to see what we can do to hold them from the track.. Out of curiosity which type of winch do you have?

I have to give that little magnet some props. I left mine on my front bumper after a recovery, wheeled the rest of the day and drove all the way home. Went to wash the mud off (Wife has barred dirty vehicles from the garage) and realized that I had left it there all day.

Oh yeah, that’s great. We could maybe attach even a small steel plate.. or we can attach a magnet up there. I just need to make sure we get the polarity correct.
