Thank you for the link! On my 64 these may be perfect to illuminate what fifty year old lights won't. And keep the old lights original for vintage. If I can keep them low enough, or if not then downgrade to a lower output version. For rural, I'll bet they work great on country roads. Thanks!
So on the old war horse I’d recommend the following:

Hella super 7 lamps
Hella heavy duty h4
A simple direct from battery relay circuit triggered from your existing headlamp harness
Clear 7” lens film

This will give you the final evolution of the 7” H4 lamp design in terms of working out the aim dispersion between high and low beams, a more aggressive and crisp European beam pattern that puts light out in front and to the right where you need it and not in a useless blob. The HD bulbs will help with the buckboard on a curduroy road ride, not the ride so much as you won’t kill them as quick with shocks. The lens film is to keep the face of the super 7 from getting pitted from sand etc. the relay harness will allow maximum electricity to actually reach the bulbs and protects the factory harness from overloading if you step up in watts.

As for the big nastys, I got them for plowing and one of my customers referenced that scene in national lampoons Christmas vacation.

I’ll take some shots tonight when I get home of the super 7 and the big nastys

Important to note, my lamps are all amber to control glare back and less eye fatigue in rain/sleet/snow/dust. So the images don’t look terribly impressive because ~15% of the light is lost to the film. Also the headlamps haven’t been resumed since the 100+ pounds of winch went on. With new suspension coming I’ll take care of it then and repost.

I don’t just dig lights, I want to settle down and marry lights! Started with high speed highway runs for money, then rally then country living then night trails.

The plan is to add 6 more of the big nasties to the cab bar for serious fun without the sun. I’d love the hella rally 4000’s but even at a bulk purchase price point it’s expensive. These are so attractive from a lumens per dollar stand point that it doesn’t matter how not formed the beam is, range isn’t as important at jeep speed.

Did you order them direct from headlight revolution? BBB has a slew of conplaints that were the 4th link in my initial google search...sorta put me off of them a bit.

If you did what was the part number? I dont want to order the wrong ones.

No those are direct swap plug and play. Only trick is deciding how to wire the halos.

There is also a kit for the OEM LED headlights that works with the Sport.
Where is the kit to make the oem headlights fit? I wonder what the price is from the dealer on those...the oem leds I mean of course

DOES anyone know HOW TO or seen a video to REMOVE the 9" STOCK lights and SWAP them out for LED 9"? i had no idea of the housing its attached to. I just got my NEW LEDs 9" off Amazon and want to install them but i saw a video on Quad and it only removed the entire housing and it stopped there. i thought it would show how to remove the light and install new lights.

i do NOT want to screw anything up. any info would be appreciated! thank you

I ordered a Rubicon and did not get the LED lights. I feel I should have included this option, but it is too late now. Has anyone found a package that includes all lights/part numbers that would be a close replacement and where the best place to buy would be?

Curios on this as well, have you found any good info?
I'm in the same boat, have a Rubicon non LED coming soon and will want to upgrade all lights soon.
Seen some on amazon that look good.
Kiwi master makes a nice looking 9" headlight and blacked out tail light.
There are similar options for the fogs.
side markers/running lights seem a little harder to find, may just need to find a "white" led bulb so it matches the rest.
