Here’s a pic with the stock wheels, and then with the black Moab wheels with tires the same as stock size, which is what plastic dip Will roughly look like

it holds up surprisingly well. I did this with my stock silver sport rims and determined that I liked the black rim look. I then bought some OEM Moab 2019 Rims For $400 including the matching 5th spare. I sold the stock sport rims and tires for $400. I then found a buyer for the Michelin tires they were on the Moab rims they had about 2000 miles on them and sold them for $300.

I price matched at fire stone and got 285/75r17s for around 1000 w warranty etc.

So for about 700 bucks my jeep looks like this and I have tires warranted up to 50 K miles.....

or

you could probably find Ruby takeoff with 33‘s for 700 to $800 and then sell your takeoff for 300-400... costing you 400

or

Plastic dip and a little time for about 10 bucks

That gives you three solid options for different budget points
Thanks for the info. Sounds like a good plan. Hopefully there will be a market for the stock silver wheels.

great point, keep in mind your target audience is likely not gladiator owners, But others jeeps like two door JL, Cherokees, GCs etc. Craigslist and jeep and JL forums would be your best bet

I was able to sell mine for $300 in the member marketplace. I had them listed for $350 and knocked $50 off for a convenient pickup. Just don't try to list them for $500 or more and you should be able to get a hit
