Still dealing with this after several months of trying to fix it. Basically, my steering wheel TURNS left. It’s not - jeep driving down road with straight wheel and it drifts left slightly. It’s - on a flat road, let go of the wheel and the steering wheel starts to turn on its own, to the left. It’s the same no matter the speed, parking lot or freeway (albeit it’s a lot less of an effect when above 50mph). It seems to find a happy medium and stops rotating counter clockwise after the top of the steering wheel is around 10 o’clock. After that it’s as if it’s driving normally. I’m thinking it’s my pitman arm indexed incorrectly, you’ll see what I mean in the video attached, steering wheel hits lock about an 1/8 of turn “deeper” when turning right. Makes me think my steering box is chasing ‘center’ and ‘center’ is wrong. I’ve tried adjusting literally everything except the pitman arm. Any ideas?

Basic rundown of mods on the front end:
Synergy drag link (flipped)
Synergy track bar (with bracket to match drag link flip)
Synergy sector shaft and track bar brace
Synergy tie rod
Fox ats 2.0 stabilizer
4.5 inch lift with shocks to match
Metalcloak end links

Front and rear axles are both centered and aligned. Toe is 1/8 inch. Cross caster is within spec. Caster is 5.5°. Tried playing with caster. Issue still present.

Does it drive straight with the steering wheel in this ☝ position? You probably need to adjust your drag link to re-center your steering wheel. Is it the Evo 4.5" coils?

Did you adjust the wheel back with the lift and alignment? Looks and sounds like a basic wheel adjustment to me.

When wheel is straight it drives straight like normal

But wheel wants to rest on the left and wanders there itself? And when there it drives left, presumably.

Is that it?

The only thing that comes to mind that could cause an actual push is your stabilizer. Try to unhook it and drive around town.

The rest of the stuff like drag link and pitman wouldn't have any pressure generation to push. If the stabilizer isn't it then it's the power steering.

I'm a little confused. You said after the steering wheel gets to its happy spot then it drives straight? I may not be understanding what you're trying to say but if it drives straight while the steering wheel is not straight (a little counter-clockwise) then it stands to reason that if you adjust your drag link a little shorter then it would correct the issue. If you're talking about a pulling issue - let go of the wheel and the truck pulls to one side then that's something completely different. Did your drag link get adjusted after the flip kit was installed?

the steering find it’s “happy spot” as in the steering stops turning left on its own. The drag link is adjusted properly. The jeep drives straight if I hold the steering wheel dead center. If I let go at all, no matter the speed I’m driving at, it pulls left immediately until it reaches that “happy spot”, after that it stops turning on its own

How wide are your roads that you can let go and it veers left that far and isn't off the road?

This is more of a parking lot type test. Obviously I can’t let it veer that far on a public road. The point being is that it does it at all speeds. On public roads no matter the road crown it still pulls left as soon as I let go of the steering
