Cajun4X4 Asked--So blah, blah, blah... and on it goes!! All I asked is if anyone has had REAL LIFE experiences with parts wearing out...... So back to my original question; Have YOU had any parts wear out because of the stop/start function?

Yes, knees, foot, back, shoulders-all wore out from stop/start. Extremely evident on early morning starts or after mid-day stops.

I’ve got a manual so it only shuts off when I’m neutral and clutch is out. When the the clutch is depressed it starts up again. However there are times when it will fire up on its own before I touch the clutch.
