I was told the same thing but I was never contacted even though they said to give a few days. I sent JeepCares a private message this morning and referenced the case. I am still waiting to hear back from them.

31 days in this is what I got

JeepCares opened a case last week and told me to reference that to them. They said to give them 2 business days. I messaged them on Friday and still have not heard back.

Today is day 32 in JB status with no end in sight and no update.

24 days in JB for me. I sent a note to my dealer and he is escalating this above his rep now. Have not asked for a case to be opened yet, thought I would give the dealer a chance to get to the bottom of this first. He said that 3 weeks + is not the norm.

Jeff hasn't told me anything about why or what the hold up actually is. Day 36 today. Case number just makes you feel good for about 20 minutes. He won't give you any additional information that you can't get from the chat.

Based on my build not really having many additional body options, I see it a few ways:
1. Overall paint issues on every build (prob not since JB is after inspection and after F(Paint)
2. Issues with 3-Piece Painted Top
3. Issues unrelated to my build (bed liners) are taking priority over my build
4. Bucket seat or LED Issue? not likely especially if they are same as wrangler parts

I’m in 21 days of JB; after 4 days of JS (which nobody can confirm I was ever in when I go to Jeep Chat). I was in JS for 4 days when bumped back, I actually had one of the reps on chat saying should be shipped in a day or so- then back to JB with ‘no record’ of being in JS.. lame.
Ordered 5/17. So only 2 months in; I’m patient but was hoping to sell my current truck before 100k Miles (at 98k now, 94k when ordered) so probably not gonna happen. Ugh.

I have been in jb status 22 days . I didn't order a sprayed inbed just a side bar.
