Today is day 40 stuck in JB status. JeepCares messaged me last Wednesday and said the following:

"We had your situation looked into further on our end and we were able to learn that there should be progress made on your vehicle within the next week. With this in mind, we kindly request that you check back with us then to see if any new information is available. Your patience is greatly appreciated."

I really hope that is the case. I will ask for another update later this week.

After 40 days in JB hell, I am now in KZ status

I was excited to see that I moved into JB yesterday, then I stumbled upon this thread .

I entered JB status last Tuesday and today it changed to KZ. Think positive vibes.

I was over a month in D status so I figure I did my time.

Dealer said I am out of JB. Delivery estimate is 8/7 (I'll be offshore then, so 9/3 is the earliest I can get it). Going to get the MOPAR lift put on at the dealer most likely.

Does anyone know the exact work that's being done in JB Status that is causing the long delays. It can't be the Bed liner or Installing options. IT must be to repair problems from the assembly line, But what could that defective to keep so many build in Jb for over 30 days.

No, it is a waste of time to get the case number.

Today is day 43 in JB status with no end in sight. JeepCares wanted the dealer information so they can help escalate the case. I am not sure how that will help but at this point it is worth a shot.
