Stuck in JB Hell?

Based on my time in ‘I’ it means something different depending on the chat rep you talk to. Half the time they would say it had passed inspection and was awaiting a carrier. The other times they would say that it was still pending inspection. Seems like it might be a good training opportunity to get all of the chat reps on the same page...

While they do a fair amount of cut and paste answers; engage them in small talk and they go off script quite readily. Not bots.

I was told by Jeep chat today that I've been back in D1 for 3 days after being told on Monday that I had been in JB for 2 days... I'll check again Monday and if there's nothing that shows real progress, the order will be cancelled. Maybe @JeepCares will care then considering this order was placed on May 7th.

KZ status as of today, so JB for 4/5 days. Still no window sticker though.

Just moved to KZS Status after 10 days in JB. And I got my build sheet today.

Good to hear some movement out of JB, I’m day 15 at this point. My guess is still the steel bumper as there have been plenty of similar trucks completed without the steel bumper.

Jeep chat just told me that the most amount of time it can spend in JB is 30 days.........I think thats up from 14.....when I checked yesterday - LOL.

LOL is right! im at 26 days in JB today. 13 weeks from date of order today. I asked Jeep Chat on tuesday to escalate my case to see what the hold up is in JB and was told it had been escalated and someone would get back to me. still waiting to hear back from them.
