Stupid question .. Rubicon Rock Rail step????

I've been contemplating ordering these Rough Country rock rail/steps for a while now:

Anyone else have these? Less expensive than buying four of those hide a steps, and I think they look pretty good.

I'd be concerned about getting smashing that step part if you go off roading.

I would get the MOPAR performance ones if you like the stock look. I have the ACE ones and they are great as a step and great as a sliders. Not sure the cheaper ones are made of the same silk ha ha. they def can take a beating and they do. also with them sticking out a little they help protect your rear fenders too

Wife and i love the mountain offroad fold ups. Easy install, and i like that they quickly diconnect for wheelin.

Same. I got one for each side of my front doors. Love the quick release pins for wheeling so I don't have to worry about ripping them off. MORE usually offers 20% site wide on most holidays so I'd be on the lookout for that

I'm in the same boat. really like to have the upgrade factory sliders, but have been looking at this for a while. cuts out alot of fab, just weld it up.
