Suspension Kits for Mojave with added weight

Doing very modest build to '23 Mojave (25K) - thinking I need to beef up stock Mojave suspension (springs, shocks other?) to accommodate the added build weight. It was suggested that I look at AEV heavy duty 3" suspension kit but informed by AEV that their suspension kits are not compatible for Mojave's unique geometry. How have Mojave owners dealt with this issue?

Not a Mojave owner but my best guess is actually letting your "fingers and ears do the walking" by calling a few of the other spring / lift kit companies. Then talk with them on your projected goal. I think a few have various springs for different weight JT's for lifting. I know "regular" 2 in lift springs don't on mine. The "Max-Tow" springs vs lift kit springs you lose the lift if not empty nothing in bed or on it.

I’ve been running the Rancho X-lander 3.5” springs for a while on my Mojave and am happy with them. They’re paired with Metalcloak 3.5” up front with some rake still. They handle well when the bed is full or pulling a trailer. Not as soft bombing down sandy roads as stock springs but I wouldn’t say they’re harsh either as my daily driver.

So according to the dealer where I purchased my 2023 Mojave, there is no Mopar lift parts available for this model Gladiator; strange. I wanted to keep the manufacturer and extended warrantees in good shape, so called to verify that I will maintain the warrantees as long as parts such as this are sourced and installed at the dealer. The dealer parts dept then said there are no lift parts available for this model? I don't want anything crazy, just want to bring back the stock rake after adding a canopy, RTT, winch, and some gear. Has anyone else had the same experience? My warrantee would expire in 2033, and I don't want to wait till the warrantees expire before fixing the rake.

The Mojave suspension has the same control arms and bracket locations. Same track bars. All the same geometry as other Gladiators in those areas.

The shocks, coils, and bumpstops are different. The coils making the front end a little higher, I guess you could say the geometry is a little different. But if you change the coils, it will have the same geometry as any other Gladiator with those same coils.

I chatted with Blake from All-Terrain Shock Solutions in Houston about the very same thing. As I've added weight I've noticed that my 70k mile shocks don't quite meet the bill. He suggested a rebuild and then either upgrading to the Mojave X springs and or toss some airbags in the rear.

He is working on a set of rebuilt shocks now for me and I plan to put the airbags in. I may do the X springs in the future but this was the least expensive route for time being.

Hoping to have the ride feeling like it's brand new even with the added weight in back.

I did give him a run down of my current setup so they could build the shocks accordingly.
