Wow it’s so nice to be free in Florida! Where we have no income tax or car inspections! The one downside is that leave a chance there could be a few clunkers on the road, but the environment is gentle on vehicles. Except for the blistering sun.

Think that's bad? Here in the Central region of the Democratic People's Republic of Marylandstan we have to do "emissions tests" at $30 a pop every other year. They plug a scanner into your OBD2 port to tell you the same thing the OBD2 system would tell you for free.

Emissions testing is nothing but a cash grab by the state masquerading as protecting the environment, and only for those of us in the I95 Corridor. Live on the Shore or Appalachian foothills? No need, not required. I hate this place so much.

And NY has that same crap EVERY YEAR for $21. Except it also includes "safety" yet tint isn't safe for people though it is for the fuzz. Just another cash grab and way to keep working class with less money.
