That's my big thing too. I feel better having the rear shell on with my granddaughter in the back. Besides I'm not in the back seat so I see zero need to have open air back there.

Can confirm Mopar version comes fully assembled and is the premium twill. Took less than 10 minutes to install including unboxing and removing freedom panels.

Open box, toss it up there, torque 6 bolts and done. Aligned flawless. No arms to assemble, no z clips to install....ready to go.

Installed mine last weekend and have ridden topless everyday since. I never before owned a convertible anything. I really, really like the Besttop Sunrider. When it’s been cooler on my morning commute, I ride with the top retracted, side windows up and the rear slider open. Afternoon commute, top retracted with all windows down. Yesterday afternoon, started raining lightly and I easily closed and secured the top while driving. Never knew what I was missing in a convertible until the Sunrider. So far, I give it 2 thumbs up.

BTW thanks to all who replied. SOLD ME! Glad you did. Took the kids to sports this evening after I installed it in 10 MINUTES. Was open all the time driving, closed parked. Insanely quick and easy. I LOVE IT!!!

Mopar was 834$ shipped to my door. Perhaps Bestop has coupons and promotions, but man this was easy. Bestop should ship it assembled as they do OEMing for Mopar. None of the alignment problems and other complaints I've read from those who bought from Bestop. Yes I know it's the same thing but Mopar eliminates almost any possible user error shipping it the way they do...assembled by Bestop.

@Bestop ...awesome product!!! Ship them ASSEMBLED so the user can just throw it up there, torque 6 bolts and done! No user error possible! I ordered the Mopar after reading several recent threads here of users having installation issues. Ain't nobody got time for user error...

Any suggestions/preferences on Sunrider choices:
- 30 oz. Twill ultra premium soft top material, or
- 28 oz. premium material.
Both are said to be waterproof, quiet, and built to last in any type of environment - but appreciate any input!!!

The twill looks more premium. And has a lifetime warranty. The black diamond only has a five year warranty.

Can you do it while sitting at a stop light without getting out of the drivers seat? You can with a sunrider.

I just installed mine yesterday. Looking forward to using it. I have had it since Christmas, and it finally got nice outside here.
Install was pretty easy, except for those stupid clips on the first step. Finger tips are sore this morning from fighting with those things.
Seems to work pretty well tho.
