I have 7 states left to go to in order to get all 50, and I'm thinking Arkansas is next on the list

Chances are, it will probably end up something like a lake house with the family, but what kind of Jeep/Camping opportunities are there? Also what lakes?

Well, there is obviously the Ozarks. But the Trans America Trail (a nation-wide route across America on almost exclusively dirt roads and trails) goes through Arkansas and it is a beautiful and Jeepy road trip with some great camping spots along the way. If interested, you can buy maps and GPS maps of the route through a few websites specializing in the Trans America Trail.

I believe there are some Quachita National Forest trails. Maybe take a look at Ozark Overland Adventures YouTube channel. That's his stomping ground.

Arkansas has 1000's of miles of forest roads and trails. Most are along or provide access to creeks, lakes or hiking with privative camping. Depending on what part of the state you want to visit I can recommend places.
